Getting Started in very simple and painless. I can email or mail out an Agreement Letter that needs to be sent back to me. Try to keep a copy for your records. Then we get the fun started. We will mail out all the drawing sheets needed with extras to your organization. You will also get all the order forms and flyers for the parents or guardians. This is where the teachers or project leaders decides what fits best for them.
First Option:
We have had teachers set aside a specific day and time for the class to do all the drawing for the fundraiser. Everything is done in class and avoids being sent home to parents and even getting misplaced. This will offer the parents a finished piece to look and before they order. This is great for faster turnarounds.
Second Option:
We have seen parents get the draw sheets and order forms to take home. The kids sit down and draw in front of parents so they can supervise what will be ordered. This method works but has been found to not make it back to school with the kids.
Either way will be a great experience for the kids and parents. The Children seem to love doing the drawing and even more excited when they see their work of art on one of our products.
Next:
You gather all payments and order forms and fill out the class list supplied. The list is a way to keep track of who ordered and what they ordered. We usually have Lists filled out by individual classes or teachers.
Mail all unused paper and original drawing with their order forms send to us. We will take care of the rest. Orders are usually done 4-5 weeks. Depending on your crunch, we have been able to accommodate requests. Sit back and relax while these works of art are delivered.
